Virginia Sartin Obituary
On September 30th, 2021, Virginia Marie (Mitzi) Kaemmerling Sartin closed her beautiful, green eyes for the last time surrounded by her family.
Mitzi, the daughter of Jean and Gus Kaemmerling, brought joy to all those she met and remained positive throughout her fight against metastatic breast cancer.
She and the love of her life, husband Lesley (Lamar) Sartin II, lived every day to the fullest and set an example to everyone of how to show love to one another. That love extended to their children and their spouses, Angela and Mike Guthrie, Brian and Charlotte Holliday, Peggy and Sam Zarro, Penny and Fred Von Bonin, and Lesley (Trey) and Judi Sartin, as well as to Mitzi’s siblings and their spouses, Raymond and Joyce Kaemmerling, Vicki and Roger Robinson, and Larry and Valerie Kaemmerling. In addition, Mitzi and Lamar have many nieces and nephews and grand- and great-grandchildren that Mitzi loved so much and was very influential in their lives.
Mitzi had many wonderful friends, her closest, her sister-friend, Linda Blanchard. Everywhere Mitzi went she touched lives. She was an amazing woman, the kind that people remember forever. We will always love her.
