Steven Dwayne Hilliard, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2021 at the age of 53 years. Steve was born on September 13, 1967 to Jackie Boy Feaster Sr. and Sharon Kay Feaster in Fort Worth, Texas. He was raised by Raymond Hilliard and Josie Hilliard in Fort Worth, Texas and attended Kennedale High School. Steve met his wife, Tamra, in Mansfield and the two married on April 6, 1991. He loved playing his guitar, singing country music, riding motorcycles, and playing poker. Spending time with friends and gatherings with loved ones were where he was happiest. Steve was a BBQ master and a great cook, enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys, deep sea fishing, and Fantasy Football. It seems that he could fix anything and was always a reliable, hard worker. He’ll be most remembered as a loving husband, father, PopPop, and great friend.
Steven Dwayne Hilliard is preceded in death by his parents, Jackie Boy Feaster Sr., Raymond Hilliard, and Josie Hilliard; as well as his step-parents, Carolyn Feaster and Jerry Schoonover. Steve is survived by his wife of almost 30 years, Tamra Sha Hutchins Hilliard, mother, Sharon Edwards Schoonover, daughters, Ashley Hilliard and husband Noe Garcia, and Hailey Hilliard and husband Dana Clements; grandchildren, Elias Clements, Alaric Clements, Noah Garcia, and Sebastian Garcia; brothers, Jackie Boy Feaster Jr., Michael Elliott, and Jason Elliott; sisters, Josey Feaster and Janet Oliver Dobranich; a best friend, Joey Green, who was like a brother to him, as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.
