Robert "Bob" Wood

Robert “Bob” Wood was born to Howard and Eleanor Goodness Wood on May 19,1939 in Rensselaer New York. He went to his heavenly home on March 18,2021. 

Services will be held at Hillside Community Church

Those that knew Bob knew several things about him. He loved Jesus and his family and friends and he loved his country. He proudly served in the US Navy for 20 years and was stationed in SanDiego, California when he retired. He met Carol Diane Legg and they were married for 40 wonderful years. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, son, Robbie, daughter, Trista Ann, sisters, Virginia Farr and Janet Smith, brothers, Billy Wood and Fred Wood. Bob was survived by his wife, Carol Wood, daughter, Tammy Legg and son-in-law Robert Craven, sister, Eunice Brady, brothers, Howard Wood and Virgil Wood, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, a large church family, extended relatives, and dear friends.

He will be missed and remembered by so many.
