Nicolas H. Ybarra, 84, of Ft. Worth passed away on June 30, 2022. He was born on December 6, 1937 to Ynez and Maria Ybarra of Groesbeck Texas
The family moved to Ft Worth in the mid 50’s. Nick began work at a young age. He worked for BNSF Railroad for 31 years retiring in 1999. He was well respected by all for his honesty, integrity and work ethic.
Early in life he was an avid water skier, spending many days at the lake with friends & family. He also enjoyed horseback riding.
Nick was a devoted father & grandfather. He could always be counted on to attend the many events of his children & grandchildren. Those days brought him great joy & pride.
He enjoyed driving his tractor and having a cold beer with friends at The Office.
Nick is preceded in death by his parents Ynez & Maria Ybarra and his beloved daughter, Anna Marie Lingle.
He is survived by his former wife Sharon Ybarra. His children; Steve (Donna) Ybarra, Greg Ybarra, Nick (Chari) Ybarra, Chris Ybarra (Eunice)
Grandchildren; Vicki Puentes (Arturo), Sarah Rodriguez (Vincent), Leon Lara (Melanie), Nicole Lara, Zachery Ybarra, Katelyn Samarneh (Joey), Blake Ybarra, Anna Goodwin, Isabella Ybarra, Gregory Ybarra, Nicolas Ybarra, Natalie Ybarra, Carlin Ybarra, Christopher Ybarra.
Great Grandchildren; Alex Puentes, Jackie Puentes, Sophia Puentes, Jacob Rodriguez, Marianna Rodriguez, Cecilia Lara, Juniper Samarneh, Baby Samarneh in the oven.

Services to be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 5:30 to 7:30 at Robertson Mueller Harper Funeral (1500 8th Ave Fort Worth, Tx 76104) with prayer service 6t 6:00pm
