Melynda "Mendy" Arrick lost her battle with cancer on May 9, 2021 in Frisco, Texas.
She was born on October 23, 1970 to Roy Glynn Hyde Jr. and Lynda Borchardt Hyde in Athens, Texas. Mendy was a legal secretary and loved life she had an amazing love for her family and friends.
Mendy was preceded in death by her father, Roy Glynn Hyde Jr.; sister, Regina Alise Brown Goodwin, all her grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.
Mendy is survived by her loving husband, Donald Arrick of Frisco, TX; daughters, Raina Shapiro of San Diego, CA., Lindsey Arrick of Cumberland, MD.; son, Jared Arrick of Cumberland, MD.; Mother, Lynda Patrick of Wichita Falls, TX.; Step-mother, Cathey Pritchett of Ennis, TX.; two sisters, Melody Greer of Mabank, TX., Stephanie Patak and husband Michael of Ennis, TX; four Brothers, Rusty Hyde of Mabank, TX., Allen Brown and wife Stacey of Crawford, TX, Jeff Gaston of Wichita Falls, TX., and Jason Hyde and wife Rebecca of Kemp, TX. She is also survived by four nieces and twelve nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews and friends.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
