Melissa Rena Hill was born on June 25th, 1969 in Fort Worth, Texas to Marlene and Lloyd Hill and passed away on January 29th, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 53.
Melissa Hill grew up in Burleson, TX with her sisters, Teresa and Lesa. After graduating from high school and raising 2 children, Ryan and Anna, she began her career in cosmetology. She started as a hairdresser, but eventually found her love for skincare and became a medical esthetician in Fort Worth, TX.
Melissa was passionate about traveling. She was always able to find a local to show her all of the hidden gems of her destinations. Her favorite trips were Bermuda and Greece, but every place she traveled held a special place in her heart. Melissa was also an animal lover. She fed all of the stray cats in her neighborhood and dog-sat for her friends every chance she got. Her favorite role in life, however, was mother and grandmother. She was never happier than when she was surrounded by her family.
Melissa was a devoted mother, loving sister, and caring friend. Melissa glowed every time she got to talk about her children. She was always there for her sisters to support abd love them. And she never missed an opportunity to go out with her friends and catch up.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Marlene Hill, and her niece, Amanda Howard.
Her memory lives on in her children, Ryan and Morgan Creecy, and Tim and Anna Womble; her grandchildren, Oliver and Winter Creecy; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Richard and Teresa Beckham, and David and Lesa Daniel; her best friend and the love of her life, Joe Berry; and numerous other family members and friends.
