Kenneth Seargeant Obituary

Kenneth Seargeant, a beloved husband, brother, and proud Navy veteran, passed away peacefully in North Richland Hills, on February 5th, 2024. Born and raised in Irving, Kenneth shared a close bond with his siblings, Charles, Sharon, and Randy. His life was forever changed when he met Linda Seargeant in junior high, their love blossoming into a lifelong partnership, culminating in marriage on August 28th, 1972. Serving his country with honor, Kenneth spent four years in the Navy before dedicating himself to a successful career in auto painting and construction. Known for his unwavering work ethic and generosity, Kenneth leaves behind a legacy of love, commitment, and service to his family and community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A true outdoorsman at heart, Kenneth found solace and joy in his love for fishing, particularly for catfish and crappie, relishing every moment spent on the serene waters of the lake. He shared this passion with his beloved wife, Linda, their shared hours on the shore casting lines together becoming treasured moments of connection and tranquility. Additionally, Kenneth was a dedicated fan of Dallas sports, with a particular fervor for football, supporting his beloved Dallas Cowboys with unwavering enthusiasm. His love for the outdoors and sports will forever be remembered.

Kenneth was the epitome of a true friend, his warmth and generosity extending to all who crossed his path. He possessed a rare quality of selflessness, always willing to give the shirt off his back to lend a helping hand. His heart overflowed with love not only for his cherished wife Linda and their two children, Jennifer and Will, but for everyone in his circle. Kenneth's passion for cooking was strong and he delighted in the art of grilling or frying just about anything.

Kenneth had a loving family. Losing someone close is never easy, but it's heartwarming to know that he left behind such a legacy through his children, Will and Jennifer, grandchildren, Zane, Asher, Layla and Cooper, and a great-grandchild, Lucas.
