Bill was born in Madison, Indiana to Rachel Lewis Banks and Howard Banks. He attended Southwestern High School in Hanover, Indiana. He enlisted into the US Army in 1973. He proudly served in the Vietnam War. Bill worked his whole life in the gas/pipeline industry.
Bill loved to play poker, dance, rock and roll, spending time with his family, and had the greatest laugh ever!
Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Rachel Lewis Banks, father, Howard Banks, brothers, Dennis Taylor and Gerald Banks, and granddaughter Destiny Smith.
He is survived by his wife; Quinella Banks of Crowley, TX. son; Eric Banks of Madison, IN. daughters; Amanda Rogers of Madison, IN. Summer Ingersoll of Burleson, TX, Lacy Ingersoll of Crowley, TX, Kimberly Gerstner of Crowley, TX. grandchildren; Mercedes, Dominic, Daelin, Makenzie, Andrew, Taylor, Aubrey. great grandsons; Isaiah and Kamryn. and his best companion Flip Flop.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at 10800 Rolling Prairie Road in Crowley TX, 76036 on May 7th, 2022 starting at 4pm. This is a time to celebrate and remember the man we loved so much. We will be having a potluck dinner and all are welcome to attend.
