Obituary
SMITH, Jerome “Jerry” Mack, Jr. – on Monday, February 27, 2023, Jerry passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Dallas, Texas, on April 28, 1960, to Jerome, Sr. and Wynell Smith. He grew up in North Dallas and attended Richardson Schools where he graduated in 1978.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Jerry, Sr., and his brothers Ken Smith and Bill Smith. He is survived by his mother, Wynell Smith, his sons, Trey Smith and Jeremy Smith, and daughter Kyndle Mitchell and spouse Clay, along with three grandchildren, as well as, his sister Linda Smith, brother Jeff Smith, and sister Laura Lyn.
A small family memorial service will be held at the family plot in Chatfield, Texas, in June. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the charity of your choice.
