Herbert Everitt Obituary
Herbert David “Herb” Everitt was born on January 17th, 1942, and passed away on September 26th, 2022, at the age of 80 years old.
Herb graduated from Amarillo High as a member of the Class of 1959. At age 43, he completed a law degree at South Texas College of Law and practiced criminal law for 36 years. He served 8 years in the USMC reserves.
Herb was an avid reader of non-fiction books.
Herb was a kind man with a huge, compassionate heart.
Herb is preceded in death by his mother and father, Ruth and Sam Everitt.
Herb is survived by his beloved wife, Susan, son, Mark, and 3 stepchildren, Derek Heck and wife Rene, Mat Heck and wife Jennifer, and Butch Heck.
There are no services scheduled at this time, by his own decision.
