Geoffory Alan Greer was born on June 20th, 1962, and passed away on July 3rd, 2021, at the age of 59.
Geoffory, also known as "Geoff" and "Shorty," was born and raised in Saginaw, MI. He graduated from Saginaw High School in 1980, and went on to play college football at Highlands University in Albuquerque, NM. From there, Shorty transferred those athletic skills to the US Army Football Team, where he served from 1984-1989.

Geoff was a silly, outgoing, fun loving and family-oriented man. He was the kind of person you gravitated to when in need of fun and laughter. Never one for a dull moment, Geoff made sure you felt the joy he had in his heart and that you’d always carry that with you for a lifetime.
Geoff was preceded in death by his mother, Sonja Boone, by his father, Samuel Mcdaniel, sisters, Donahue (Mayhelen) Armstrong and Carmen Mcdaniel, brother, Gregory Greer, and niece, Sonja "Puddin" Armstrong
Geoff is survived by his beloved wife, Diondrea "Dee" Greer, four daughters, Chryshenda "Shen" Greer, Marlina (Scottie) McCall, Shadonna "Donna" Wallace, Destiny (Neal) Carr, 2 sons, Karlton "KC" and Wesley Greer, sisters, Janice (Anthony) Hopkins, Lisa Coney, and Rhonda Mcdaniel, brothers, Zachary, Ernest and Samuel Mcdaniel, grandchildren, Ti'yana, Brandon, Sha'ronn, Brandin, Ta'Mya, Joevon, Ta'Kiyah, Shayla, Shaniyah, Nelani and Calais, and a host of nieces, nephews and other close family and friends.
A Memorial Service will take place at 11:00am on Saturday, July 17th, 2021, at the Alethia Temple Church located at 2700 Village Creek Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76105.
