Emma Louise Riebel Hohmann, Born January 19, 1939 and passed away peacefully on April 23, 2021

Emmy was born in Louisville, Kentucky. She was the only girl of five siblings. She attended the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, which was an all girls school. She then attended Jefferson College where she went on to obtain a degree in Business Administration. After college she fell in love with Mr. Ward Louis Hohmann, whom she would marry soon after. Together they had one daughter, Heather Evelyn Hohmann, who was born in 1972. Emmy was a loyal employee of Harris Methodist Hospital for 21 years, where she worked in ER Admissions.

Emma was a genuine and kind spirited woman who was a devout catholic. She never met a stranger and was the most loving and caring woman you could ever meet. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew her.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents; William and Lucy Riebel, and her husband; Ward Louis Hohmann.

She is survived by her Daughter; Heather Evelyn Hohmann, her nieces; Caitlyn Hohmann, Elsie Hoffman, Melita Croom, and Elisa Capriglione. her nephews; Michael Benedetti and Billy Riebel Jr.
