Ellen Michelle Campbell was born on November 17th, 1980 in Oceanside, California to Janet Shermer and Michael Campbell and passed away on August 31st, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 42.
Ellen spent her formative years in Sacramento, California along with her beloved brothers, Robert Campbell and Keith Campbell. She cherished the memories of their shared adventures and sibling camaraderie, which remained a source of strength throughout her life.
A graduate of Sacramento High School, class of 1999, Her friends and classmates cherished her friendship, and her kindness left an indelible mark on those lucky enough to have known her during those years.
For the past five years, she served as the Assistant General Manager at Chicken Salad Chick in Hurst, Texas. Ellen's dedication to her work was evident to all who crossed her path. She took pride in her role, and was eagerly anticipating returning to her beloved workplace.
In May 2018, Ellen made a heartfelt decision to relocate to Hurst, Texas, accompanied by her cherished son, Little, with the intention of being closer to her mother, Janet Poling. This move exemplified Ellen's unwavering commitment to her family.
Ellen was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend, and her two children were her world, she cherished with an affection that knew no bounds.
She is Survived by her Mother; Janet Poling, Stepfather; Dennis Poling, brother; Robert Campbell and wife, Mickenzie Campbell, brother; Keith Campbell and wife, Jennifer Misner. Her daughter; Lillianna Barajas and Son; Little Franco. Aunts; Donna Buschman, Linda O'Day and Pamba Carolan, Half-brother; Ian Campbell, wife; Jessika Campbell and her step sister; Cynthia Stafford, husband Delante Stafford and her step brother; Thomas Poling , wife; Cynthia Poling and her Father; Michael Campbell, Nephews; Austin, Eli, Keith and Landon, Niece; Izabelle and many cousins and friends as well as her dog; Snowball.
A Memorial gathering will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 8th, 2023 at 3605 Bordeaux Lane Hurst, Texas 76054.
