Doris Jane McCallum

Doris Jane McCallum was born on May 2nd, 1952, in Corsicana, Texas, to Rev Hubert Wayne Mahoney and to Doris Clay Whitner Mahoney, and passed away on August 9th, 2023, in Cleburne, Texas, at the age of 71.

Doris grew up in Longview, TX , Athens, TX , and Lovington, NM. She graduated from Lovington High School. Afterwards she worked in the physical security industry as VP of Operations. After marriage she moved to Grand Prairie, TX to raise her family.

Doris loved being a mother to her children and any others that needed a mother figure. She was also a loving wife, and friend.  She was completely selfless and always putting everyone else first.  She was always the neighborhood and team mom.

She was preceded in death by: father Rev Hubert Wayne Mahoney.

Doris is survived by her husband, Donald Joe McCallum; her sons, Jonathan McCallum, Nathan McCallum, and Christopher McCallum; her mother, Doris Clay Whitner Mahoney; grandchildren, Cole McCallum, Brooke McCallum, Harley McCallum, Hayden McCallum, step-grandchildren, Amber Warder, Bryce Ladd, Elsie Ladd, Jacob Tijerina, Jade Tijerina; great-grandchildren, Kyle McCallum, Siblings, Gary Mahoney, Mark Mahoney, Anthony Mahoney. Additionally, she has many beloved extended family members and friends.

Memorial service to be determined and announced at a later time.
