Donna Mae Harris first saw the light of day on May 29, 1950, at Dodgeville, Wisconsin. She was the third of four daughters born to Merton Harris and his wife, Dema O’Bar, of Sherman, Texas.
In the early 1950’s the family left Wisconsin and moved to Texas, settling in the Fort Worth area. Donna went on to have a successful career in computer technology, retiring in 2015.
In 1977, she and Dennis Biodrowski were married. They were together for 37 years until his death in 2014.
Donna was a sensitive woman with a quick wit and even quicker temper. Many hours were spent reading, mostly about historical events. Her greatest pleasure was traveling, she never left a castle or cathedral unexplored. Donna visited over 30 countries, her favorites were Italy and Scotland. She was planning until the end.
Donna was the wild child of our family, her favorite color was red.
Donna is preceded in death by her beloved husband and parents.
Donna is survived by her stepsons, Scott, Kirk, Clint, Drew, along with their families, sisters, Jean, Laura, Susie and brother-in-law, Greg. She will be missed by many including nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins and friends.
At Donna’s request there will be no funeral service.
Think of her, raise your glass to her final journey.
