Donald "Pops" Lee Susa

Donald Lee Susa, was born May 13, 1957 and passed away on September 12, 2022 at the age of 65 years old.

Don was born in Warren, Ohio to Walter Frank Susa and Dolores Louise Susa (McMillen). He moved to Richland Hills, Texas where he started a family and began working for ATCO Rubber Products, to which he was a loyal employee for 40 years.

Don was passionate about bass fishing, enjoyed watching NASCAR, and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys (Go Cowboys!!). He was a loving father and doting grandfather. He loved taking care of those he cared about, especially his children and grandchildren.

Don was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his children Anthony Susa and his wife Crystal Susa, and Lauren Burch and her husband Jason Burch; grandchildren, Logan James, Dylan Susa, Colbie James, Carly Burch, and Dane Burch; brother, David Susa and his wife Diane; niece, Jen Susa; and nephew, Eric Susa.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held for Don at Lucas & Blessing Funeral Home on Saturday, September 17, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes you to consider making a memorial donation in Don’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a charity that Don was fond of and supported throughout his life.
