Greg was born on February 8th, 1970 in San Antonio, TX but grew up in Fort Worth for the majority of his life. He served in the Army Reserves for a period of time, obtained a horticulture degree from Texas A&M and worked for several years running a pool service business. He was an incredible artist. He loved to tinker and build things, and even had a very nice singing voice that he didn’t share with many. He was a very colorful storyteller and had the ability to make you laugh, even in difficult situations. The testament to his willingness to go against the grain was being a Washington Redskins fan in the heart of Cowboy country. He always fought for the underdog throughout his life and made friends no matter where he went. His artistic tattoos inherited him the name Uncle TooToo by his eldest niece and was called that by all following nieces and nephews.
Greg passed away March 30th 2021 and was preceded in death by his father, Donald Gary Wogomon. He was survived by his mother Ruth J. Wogomon, his 3 sisters: Tonya Wogomon, Shelly Wogomon Downing and Tammy Wogomon, one son Damon Gage Wogomon whom he considered his greatest gift, 4 nieces: Jess'Ka Crow, Ryann Price, Trinity Green, Skylar Green, 2 nephews Chad Wogomon-Bandle, Ronald Hicks and his loving, dedicated girlfriend Sonya Davis.
Greg wanted the end of his life to be just as he lived his life, a celebration. The family is respecting his wishes and will host a Celebration of Life on April 25, 2021 at 2pm. The family is requesting you share memories, stories and photos in lieu of sending flowers. Please share via his social media or email them to twogo@aol.com or swogomon72@gmail.com.
