Derick Antonio Wheeler

Derick Antonio Wheeler, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on January 5, 2022 at the age of 61 years. He was born December 18, 1960 to Andrew Lee Jones and Maudie Faye Wheeler in Fort Worth where he was raised with his three brothers and one sister. He graduated from Dunbar High School with the Class of 1980. Derick was proud to serve his country in the United States Army as a Specialist in Air Defense Artillery. Derick loved his family and time spent with loved ones. He was a Dallas Cowboys fan and will be remembered for his fun, outgoing, and loving personality. 

Derick Antonio Wheeler is preceded in death by his mother, Maudie Faye Wheeler. He is survived by his father, Andrew Lee Jones; siblings, Dwayne Wheeler, Andrew Jones Jr., Stephan Curry, and LaToya Curry; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
