Bruce Earl Jones

Mr. Bruce Earl Jones, 69, of Fort Worth, TX went home to be with the Lord on April 12, 2023 after a 2 year battle with cancer. 

A celebration of his life will be held for family and friends on Saturday May 6th at 2 p.m. at Layne Hall in Lamar Baptist Church in Arlington, TX (1000 W Lamar Blvd). 

Bruce was born June 19, 1953 in Fort Worth, TX, to Billy and Betty Jones. He grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from O.D Wyatt high school in 1971, before spending 10 years in the Army. Following his stint in the service, he spent more than 35 years in the automotive industry.

Bruce was a very loving husband, father, and grandfather. Everyone who knew him, loved him. He spent his life dedicated to God and his family. He loved taking the time to sit and mentor anyone who needed it, and was a father to so many. 

Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Betty Jones; first son Scott Jones; and second son Timothy Jones. 

Left to cherish his memory and carry on his legacy are the love of his life, wife of 40 years- Soo Ko Jones; his sons, Joshua Jones and Sean Jones; daughter, Christine Jones; son-in-law, Jess Sutti; and his grandchildren, Jonas Jones; Kaemon Jones; Anson Sutti; and Adelyn Sutti.
