A funeral service is a special time for family and friends to comfort one another, begin to find healing, and celebrate a life well-lived. Whether you choose burial or cremation, you can hold a funeral service to honor your loved one. We are happy to provide a traditional funeral or something completely unique. Many cultures and religions have special funeral traditions and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. This is a moment for you and your family and we are honored to help you in any way that we can.
An eligible veteran, spouse of an eligible veteran, and dependent children can be laid to rest after the cremation has taken place at any VA National Cemetery in the nation. Those who prefer to stay in the DFW area might consider the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (not to be confused with Arlington National Cemetary) which is located along Mountain Creek Lake’s eastern shore just north of Dallas Baptist University. It’s a large, beautifully maintained National Cemetery that our team is very familiar with. Our funeral directors have helped hundreds of DFW families with committal services at this cemetery. Families who chose veteran cremation in Fort Worth can elect to have their loved one’s urn placed in one of Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery’s columbarium niches or have a traditional in-ground burial of the urn.
Our commitment to US Veterans and their families is unwavering. Our specially designed Veteran Honors Service Package includes everything needed to complete cremation and have a dignified committal service with military honors at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Included in this package are the following services:
