HOW SIMPLE CREMATION WORKS
Simple Cremation has an on-site crematory, which means your loved one never leaves our sight. The process takes place in a respectful and dignified manner which you and/or your family are able to attend. We adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as our own higher standards of care.
There are several ways to approach cremation arrangements and, more importantly, honoring a life lived. For instance, a complete funeral at one of our memorial chapels may be held prior to cremation. Families may also opt for a remembrance service to honor the deceased either before or after cremation has taken place. Religious ceremony is also possible for those families wishing to be present for the cremation itself; similar to a graveside gathering.
Cremated remains (sometimes referred to as ashes) can be scattered in a special location, laid to rest at a cemetery, or kept by the family in an urn. Many individuals choose cremation after considering economic and environmental factors and because cremation allows for more flexibility in timing services. Simple Cremation offers Benbrook residents several meaningful urn options as well as memorialization plans.
Pre-planning Your Cremation
Pre-planning final arrangements allows you to make your wishes known in advance and removes the burden of planning from your loved ones during a challenging time. You can also take care of the financial details upfront, which is a great relief for those left behind.
Simple Cremation makes it easy to get started with our online planning tools. You can input your information and preferences at your own pace and with the support of our caring professionals. We also accept online payment so everything is taken care of and organized before our services are needed.
You and your family can lock in today's cremation rates by pre-paying for cremation and funeral arrangements through an insured and monitored account. Doing so protects you from inflation and ensures that your wishes will be carried out as intended.
Final Farewell Services
A celebration of life is a wonderful approach to honoring the memory of the deceased in a meaningful way. Simple Cremation offers many final farewell services to meet the needs of each family. This includes the use of one of our memorial chapels for a private or public remembrance gathering, funeral, memorial, and/or viewing service. Our Benbrook area families can receive a professional tribute video (sometimes called a photo montage or slideshow) for the service, in addition to a guest book and 50 customized service programs. Our family lounge is also available for use to hold small visitations and witnessing of the cremation.
Veterans and Military Families
With veterans among our staff, we understand the unique needs of veterans and their families when it comes to cremation. Simple Cremation can coordinate with the Department of Veterans Affairs office to ensure all necessary benefits are received. We also have a vast network of resources to help with military honors and tributes. Honorably discharged veterans (and their spouses) can choose to be laid to rest at a US National Cemetery following cremation. Our local Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery is truly one of our favorite service locations and it’s an honor to our team to direct these special committals.
