Jeannie Freeman Obituary
Jeannie Annette Freeman was born on January 2nd, 1949, in Paris, Texas, to John D. Lee and to Emogene Jeffrey, and passed away on April 14th, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 75 years old.
Jeannie grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, alongside her two sisters, Loretta and Martha. She graduated from Diamond Hill High School in Fort Worth, Texas. She worked in the secretarial field for many years until retiring in 2018.
Jeannie enjoyed baking cookies and brownies. She also enjoyed volunteering her time and talents to God, through her local church.
Jeannie was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed giving to others and making them happy.
Jeannie is preceded in death by her father, John D. Lee, and mother, Emogene Lee.
Jeanne is survived by her son, David Freeman, grandsons, Jonathan Freeman, Brandon Freeman, and sister, Loretta Daffern.
A memorial service will be held on April 20th, 2024.
We can take heart in knowing that to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord and we will meet again someday.
